Het gebruik maken van terreur/terrorisme om sociale chaos op te wekken is een fundamenteel instrument van de elite om onze vrijheden weg te nemen met onze toestemming onder het mom :het is voor onze eigen veiligheid.

Een voorbeeld hiervan is 9/11 en de Patriot Act.Hier enkele delen van die Patriot Act die op 26 oktober werd ondertekend door George W. Bush.Kort na 9/11.Patriot Act is honderden paginas dik en werd geschreven voor 9/11.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11003 allows the government to take over all airports and aircraft, including commercial aircraft.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11004 allows the Housing and Finance Authority to relocate communities, build new housing with public funds, designate areas to be abandoned, and establish new locations for populations.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11005 allows the government to take over railroads, inland waterways and public storage facilities.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders in to effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen-year period.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit, and the flow of money in U.S. financial institutions in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when the President declares a state of emergency, Congress cannot review the action for six months.

Section 802 of the First USA Patriot Act states that any violation
of Federal or State law can result in the "enemy combatant" terrorist
designation.
Wat dus evenveel betekend als bij elke vorm van criminaliteit kan de zwaarste straf voor terreurdaad worden opgelegd(Death Penalty).

Section 216, which allows judges to grant government investigators ex parte orders to look into personal phone and internet records on the basis of being "relevant for an on going investigation", rather than probable cause as outlined in the fourth amendment.

Amerikaans leger stelt scenario's op voor interventie bij aanslagen(Belga/AG 12:34)(Belga) Het Amerikaanse leger heeft voor het eerst een vijftiental scenario's opgesteld voor troepeninterventies bij ernstige aanslagen op het Amerikaans grondgebied. Totnogtoe was het Pentagon er altijd van uitgegaan dat het niet de taak van het leger was om in dergelijke gevallen op te treden, maar eerder die van de politie en de hulpdiensten.

Het Pentagon heeft vijftien mogelijke scenario's opgesteld voor situaties die om legeractie vragen, zoals wanneer er verschillende ernstige aanslagen op hetzelfde ogenblik worden gepleegd op verscheidene plaatsen in het land of wanneer er aanslagen met biologische en radioactieve wapens worden gepleegd. Het leger zou tot 3.000 militairen inzetten om de politie of hulpdiensten te helpen, in geval deze de situatie niet meer onder controle kunnen houden. Het leger kan dan zelfs de controle over de situatie overnemen. Het Pentagon onderzoekt momenteel ook opnieuw hoe de beschikbare middelen best verdeeld kunnen worden over de buitenlandse en binnenlandse defensieposten. (TVP)
